When & How Will I be able to determine my Filter size?
Great Question! TL/DR: We will send you a survey at the end of the campaign to confirm your sizes, as well as your add-ons, shipping address and collect shipping at that time.
Why Are We doing it this way? Because we have many different sizes, as many as up to 12! And if we had a reward for each size, it would get very complicated. Therefore, we have grouped them into 4 sizes, Small (43, 46, 49mm), Medium (52, 55, 58, 62), Large (67, 72, 77, 82mm) and XL (95mm).
This simplifies the choices without causing a lot of confusion.

How Can I Add more Add-Ons once I have already pledged?
Great question! Many of you have asked. If you log into your Kickstarter Login, click on your profile, followed by the MAVEN Filter project, you will be looking for a button that says “Manage Pledge” This will allow you to select a different pledge (if you wish) and it should also allow you to choose more add ons.
A couple words of warning, the Rewards are limited, so if you change it, it will become available to someone else, and if they get it and we are sold out, it cannot be recovered until or unless more become available.
Also, the Add-Ons are limited as well, and we are starting to get closer to wave two, which ships later in Jan 2023, which might complicate when your order ships.
But yes, you should be able to manage & add available add ons this way!

How can I add another reward after I have already pledged?
As of now, we are still learning the best way to do this, so this will likely get updated. Kickstarter limits each email account to One reward only, plus add ons. We are trying to update and adjust our rewards based on demand, but I also recognize many of you will want different sizes. Again we are still researching the best answer for this.
Kickstarter has exclusive rights to this campaign and we will not make them available even until weeks or possibly months after the campaign ends. (As we are focused on Fullfillment for our backers and they will get theirs before anyone else.)
If you use the “Pledge without a Reward” feature, it will cancel out your previous pledge, so just keep this in mind.
If you are certain you want a additional rewards, please message us and we will see what we can set up within Kickstarters platform and rules to make it happen.

Why am I being charged for shipping?
We advertised on KS in each pledge that shipping would be charged separately. We do this for accuracy in the final shipping weight, size, and destination at the time of shipping

What filter do I choose?
Ask the person the filter size of their main lens. If they purchased a kit, we would send them a kit. If it’s a single filter, we would recommend starting with a CPL or 3 Stop filter.

Do I need to purchase an Adapter Ring and Cap?
The Adapter Ring and Cap are included in each filter set. If you have a second lens with the same filter size, you can purchase an additional Adapter Ring and Cap to use the filters on that lens

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
